Proofisy provides integrity verification tools allowing users to generate verifiable integrity certificates for digital files.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Local Browser Processing

File processing and verification operations are performed locally within the user's browser.

Users remain solely responsible for the storage, management and protection of their files and certificates.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• • Ensuring the integrity of their own storage systems
• • Using Proofisy in compliance with applicable laws

4. Limitation of Liability

Proofisy is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Proofisy shall not be held liable for:

Proofisy helps verify file integrity but does not guarantee legal validity, admissibility in court, or protection against all forms of fraud or tampering.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions may provide access to additional features.

Billing and subscription management are handled by Creem, Proofisy's trusted payment and subscription partner.

Subscription pricing and features may evolve over time.

Existing subscriptions will continue to receive the features included in their active plan unless otherwise stated.

6. License usage

PRO licenses are intended for use by the subscriber and may be activated on a limited number of devices depending on the selected plan.

Proofisy reserves the right to enforce reasonable activation limits in order to prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing of licenses.

7. Service Availability

Proofisy may evolve, change or be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
